The meal plan includes a shopping list for the ingredients needed for all of the recipes.
I find shopping one day to get the ingredients and then the next day prep and cook what you can to make things easier one your busy days.
As I mentioned in my welcome email that every woman is unique, it will probably take a few days to start to see a reduction in hot flashes. The bonus will be other benefits you gain from following the meal plan.
The recipes and ingredients have been chosen specifically because of how they help our bodies with its own natural detox process.
One other recommendation is reducing alcohol consumption while following the meal plan.
